Disguised as an abandoned factory north-east of the Dulles Park, the Waste Disposal Facility, also known as the "Dead Factory", was built by A.R.P for the 'safe' disposal of Bio-Organic Weapons, unwanted experiments, and general organic waste sent from local laboratories. Using a special type of gas to break down the organic matter of specimens dropped into a large dissolving pool within the facility, the dead factory is able to efficiently dispose of a large quantity of infected or dangerous material
